The tread width of the rubber track 400x72,5x72W for SCHAEFF HR18 (RUBBER TRACK) is 400mm. This track is composed of 72 links (metal pieces) with a pitch of 72,5mm. Produced according the ""continuous-belt"" technology where the steel cables inside the tracks are being wounded continuously around the track. This feature offers a greater resistance against breakages and thus increasing the reliability of the product. This track makes use of the ‘’short-pitch’’-concept (72,5mm) which reduces vibrations enormously during machine traveling and offering a greater work experience to the operator. This is a wide (W) gauge type rubber track.
