The tread width of the rubber track 230x48x70K for KUBOTA KX018 is 230mm. This track is composed of 70 links (metal pieces) with a pitch of 48mm. Produced according the ""continuous-belt"" technology where the steel cables inside the tracks are being wounded continuously around the track. This feature offers a greater resistance against breakages and thus increasing the reliability of the product. This rubber product make use of the anti-vibration-concept: all the links in the track are positioned in an offset (staggered) fashion. In this way the links offer a continuous support to the bottom rollers of the undercarriage. Thanks to this feature vibrations are being reduced while travelling. All the links are manufactured with a reinforcement, in case the machine is equipped with tall flange rollers (Rail-type rollers).
